Indian law firm Argus Partners has continued its strong growth in the second half of this year with the addition of Aseem Dhawan as a partner in its banking and finance practice in Delhi.

Indian law firm Argus Partners has grown its Bengaluru-based corporate and M&A practice with the addition of a ten-member team from IndusLaw, led by equity partner Anindya Ghosh and partners Ashwin Krishnan and Anantha Krishnan Iyer.

Nayara Energy’s former assistant general counsel Aayush Kumar is moving back to private practice, joining Argus Law as a partner in its Mumbai-based corporate practice, as law firms continue to hire in-house lawyers to bolster their capabilities.

Indian law firm Argus Partners has grown its banking and finance practice with the addition of Utkarsh Bandhu as equity partner in Mumbai. Bandhu comes from JSA Advocates & Solicitors.

AZB & Partners has acted for global investment giant KKR on its acquisition of a “significant minority stake” in AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle solutions provider Infinx, which was guided by Argus Partners.
