Mumbai-based commercial boutique White & Brief has hired Mohit Bakshi as partner from DSK Legal to head its litigation and dispute resolution practice.

The hire of Bakshi, who will be based in New Delhi, comes as the firm aims to grow its disputes practice in Northern India. He has experience handling litigation and arbitration mandates for companies in manufacturing, processing, trading and import of food products, drugs and pharmaceuticals, hospitality and leisure, airlines and travel, and fast-moving consumer goods.

Bakshi had previously been a partner at Luthra and Luthra Law offices and JSA Advocates & Solicitors.

White & Brief now has four partners and two associate partners, according to its website.
