Indian M&A boutique Agram Legal Consultants has added corporate attorney Khusnuma Nagwaswalla from Quillon Partners as a partner in Mumbai. 

Nagwaswalla, who was a senior associate at Quillon, has experience in corporate commercial matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments. Her expertise also extends to wills and estates, real estate, and litigation. 

She has advised clients such as Agritrade Resources Limited on a significant acquisition and an Indian gaming and entertainment company on cross-border acquisitions and special purpose acquisition company investments. 

Nagwaswalla previously worked at Platinum Partners, IndusLaw and Udwadia & Udeshi. She also had a stint in Deloitte’s Canada office, where she was part of the legal projects solutions team. 

Agram was founded by Vaishali Sharma in Mumbai in 2014 as a boutique corporate firm focused on M&A, joint ventures, private equity and cross-border deals. The firm also has a Delhi office.
