Indian boutique Aquilaw has added disputes attorney Neerav Merchant from Majmudar & Partners to head and grow its Mumbai office. 

Merchant has more than 27 years of experience handling dispute resolution and arbitration matters, internal investigations and anti-corruption matters, government affairs, IT/outsourcing and licensing, and property matters.

His sectoral expertise spans healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and industrials, automobile, oil and gas, telecom, insurance, banking, FMCG, information technology, and real estate. 

With Merchant’s addition, Aquilaw lists nine partners, one executive director, and three associate partners on its website.
