Mumbai-headquartered law firm Solomon & Co has hired corporate and commercial transactions expert Haroon Asrar as partner and head of its Pune office.

Asrar, who has more than 13 years of experience advising on infrastructure and corporate and commercial transactions, will focus on the technology, infrastructure and energy sectors in his new role.

Prior to joining Solomon, he served as CEO and director of VANDAC Properties, and also ran his own firm, MRN INFRA Legal Consultants and Project Advisors. Additionally, he held roles of general counsel and business relations head at STUP Consultants for about five years.

Haroon’s expertise will provide to our clients in Pune unmatched corporate and commercial legal support combined with experience with cross-border transactions. Solomon & Co, a full-service law firm with offices in Mumbai and Pune, currently has 30 lawyers, including 10 partners.
