Dentons Link Legal, the Indian member of global law firm Dentons has continued to bulk up its ranks with the hire of banking and projects specialist Parul Verma as a partner in Delhi from Kochhar & Co.

With more than a dozen years of experience, Verma advises on real estate and infrastructure projects, and matters related to banking and finance laws and general corporate laws.

Verma joined Kochhar in 2020 from Krishnamurthy & Co, where she was a partner. She previously had stints at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and HSA Advocates.

She becomes Dentons Link Legal’s second lateral partner hire this year, following the addition of disputes and aviation specialist Petrushka Dasgupta from ALMT Legal. The firm added at least six partners last year, including transactions veteran Rohitashwa Prasad in Delhi from J Sagar Associates.
