New Delhi-headquartered Hammurabi & Solomon Partners has continued its expansion across key markets with the addition of former in-house pro Rahul Jain as a partner in Bengaluru.

Jain, who previously held senior positions at Quess Corp, Reliance Retail, Flipkart, Samsung India, and Havells India, brings over 18 years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property rights, compliance, and litigation.

“With his vast experience and expertise, the firm is well-positioned to offer enhanced legal services and strategic advisory to businesses in Bangalore and beyond," said Shweta Bharti, managing partner at Hammurabi & Solomon, in a statement.

The appointment follows the firm's expansion last year with the addition of four partners in Delhi, Mumbai and Patna. With Jain coming aboard, the firm now has 18 partners.

The legal services market in Bangalore, India's technology hub, continues to grow in 2025, driven by the city's thriving startup ecosystem, multinational companies, and increased focus on intellectual property protection.
