Dentons Link Legal, the Indian member of global law firm Dentons, has announced the appointment of three new partners. Madhur Verma (L) and Manoj Panzade (C) join the firm’s new GIFT City office, while Nayona Roy joins in Mumbai.

Verma, with over a decade of experience in banking and finance, and infrastructure transactions, joins the firm's banking and finance practice at the recently launched GIFT City office in Gandhinagar. He joins from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was a principal associate.

Panzade, a veteran with over 20 years of experience, joins the corporate commercial, and banking and finance practices at the GIFT City office. He was most recently an in-house counsel at Adani Enterprises, and earlier held positions at financial institutions like SBI Trustee, Tata Capital, and Axis Trustee Services.

In Mumbai, Roy has been appointed as a partner in the TMT practice. She brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation, and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, she co-founded an AI-powered legal tech company and earlier worked in in-house roles at companies like Qyuki Digital Media, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Godrej Industries, and Hindustan Unilever.

Earlier this year, Dentons Link Legal hired Parul Verma as a partner in Delhi from Kochhar & Co, and disputes and aviation specialist Petrushka Dasgupta from ALMT Legal
