Singhania & Partners has recruited disputes lawyer Mayank Grover as a partner in Delhi. He was most recently running his own firm, Seraphic Advisors.

Grover advises clients in sectors including technology, media and telecom, healthcare, banking and finance, insurance and infrastructure on litigation and arbitration related to insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, employment and labour, and white-collar crimes. He represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals such as Enforcement Directorate and Appellate Tribunals.

Before launching his own law firm in 2019, Grover worked at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices for close to six years, leaving as a partner designate.

Grover’s arrival has taken the number of Singhania partners in Delhi to 14.
