Our client is a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company with competitive market share and a great employment culture. They are looking for a Senior Compliance Counsel to join their pharmaceutical legal and compliance team. This role will act as core compliance business partner to manage compliance matters arising from the commercial operation of a pharmaceutical business in China, and will work closely with a global compliance team on compliance optimization and risk control projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years’ experience in compliance from pharmaceutical MNCs, preferably with a legal background (but this is not a must), and excellent English.
