Our client is a retail business expanding quickly in China, looking to hire a Head of Employment Law to join their management team. This role will provide legal support for HR related matters such as labour advisory, HR compliance, flexible working schemes, structure optimization and employee relationships. Given this is a core role adivising on litigation and arbitration cases, 10 years+ labour law experience, experiences in retail, FMCG, or TMT business is a plus.
