Indian law firm Chandiok & Mahajan has enhanced its antitrust offering with the addition of Modhulika Bose as a partner in New Delhi. She was previously a counsel at P&A Law Offices.

Bose has over a decade of experience in India’s competition space, with a particular focus on technology and digital markets. She has had stints as an associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India before moving to P&A in 2019.

“We warmly welcome Modhulika to our team, her arrival further strengthens our highly ranked competition practice, which now comprises five partners, and more than 20 legal professionals,” Karun Chandiok, head of the firm’s competition and regulatory practice said in a statement.

This is the firm’s first lateral partner addition in 2024, after adding four in 2023. They included Niruphama Ramakrishnan, who joined from J Sagar Associates to head a newly launched capital markets practice, disputes partner Himanshu Vidhani in Mumbai from Khaitan & Co, Rahul Narayan in Delhi as disputes head, and Shafaq Uraizee Sapre – also from J Sagar Associates – as its Mumbai managing partner.
