AZB & Partners has advised Larsen & Toubro on its upcoming acquisition of 21 percent stake in E2E Networks, an Indian cloud and AI cloud provider, which was represented by Talwar Thakore & Associates. 

E2E specialises in providing CPU and GPU-based cloud computing platforms to assist its clients with large-scale general and AI workloads by leveraging its relationship with Nvidia, L&T said in its BSE disclosure. 

Under this alliance, L&T will integrate E2E Networks’ Cloud and AI Cloud platform with its expertise in data centre management and cloud solutions towards empowering startups and enterprises. The collaboration aims to accelerate digital transformation for a diverse range of industries, fostering a technology-driven, sustainable future for India.

The AZB team comprised senior partners Ashwath Rau and Kashish Bhatia, senior associate A. Robin Singh, and associates Abhimanyu Singh Rathore, Taruni Kavuri, Parisha Dhebar, and Khooshmin Mirza.

The TT&A team was led by partner Kunal Thakore and included managing associate Rebha Dakshini and associates Samiksha Kothari, Aanchal Kabra, and Nandini Pradhan.
