Trilegal has represented PN Gadgil Jewellers in its $131 million initial public offering (IPO) as India experiences its busiest week for IPOs, with S&R Associates advising the book-running lead managers on the transaction.

The BRLMs are Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Nuvama Wealth Management, and Bob Capital Markets.

PN Gadgil Jewellers listed with a 73 percent premium on the National Stock Exchange on Sept. 17.

The Trilegal capital markets team was led by partner Abhinav Maker and included counsel Avanti Kale, and associates Debarpita Pande, Veena Raghav, Ipsita Pallavi Sahoo, Aman Bahl and Siddhant Mishra.

The S&R team was led by partners Jitesh Shahani and Juhi Singh, and included associates Mittu Choudhary, Aditya Jain, Aarushi Kapoor, Ayushi Shrivastava and Gunjeet Singh.
