Indian law firm ANM Global has acquired intellectual property boutique Gautam & Co, led by IP expert Gautam Panchal.

Panchal brings over 21 years of experience in IP-related matters, including advisory, transactions, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation across various sectors. He has represented domestic and multinational companies before civil and criminal courts throughout his career.

ANM Global, established in 2009, operates offices in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Mumbai, with associate offices in Hyderabad, Allahabad, Ahmedabad, and Chennai.

The acquisition of the 2015-founded Gautam & Co strengthens ANM Global’s IP capabilities within its broader legal service offerings and follows its merger with another IP boutique firm, Literati Juris, in April 2022.
