Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Aditya Birla Capital on the offer for sale of equity shares of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (AMC) that raised approximately $168 million, with Khaitan & Co represented the brokers to the offer.

The offer for sale was made by the promoters of AMC, Aditya Birla Capital and Sun Life (India) AMC Investments. The promoters have collectively sold 32,146,438 equity shares, representing 11.16 percent of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of AMC.

The CAM team that advised Aditya Birla Capital was led by capital markets practice head Yash Ashar and partner Abhinav Kumar and included senior associate Shubham Sancheti and associate Indira Satish.

The Khaitan team representing brokers BofA Securities India, IIFL Securities, Jefferies India, and Spark Institutional Equities was led by partners Abhimanyu Bhattacharya and Chirayu Chandani. It also included associates Ayushi Saumya and Hrithik Khurana.
