Rofik Sungkar obtained his Indonesian law degree from the University of Indonesia. Prior to joining LGS, Mr. Sungkar worked at the Jakarta Legal Aid Foundation, providing legal assistance to economically disadvantaged or suppressed citizens. Mr. Sungkar has expertise in corporate and commercial litigation, debt restructuring, and general corporate law matters. He holds extensive experience in representing various international companies with reputable records, as well as financial institutions, in high profile commercial litigation cases. He has been a member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2015.
