Mr. Kurniagung obtained both Bachelor of Law (SH.) and Master of Law (MH.) degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia. He has more than 12 (twelve) years’ experience in countless legal matters and transactions in capital market, banking and transnational syndicated loans, mergers and acquisitions, energy and mining, high-profile anti-trust proceedings, commercial litigation/arbitration, mega-infrastructure deals in the scheme of Public-Private Partnership and numerous matters related to financial technology and e-commerce industries.

Some of his notable clients are government bodies, state-owned enterprises, multinational companies and high profile local companies to legendary musician, which among others include: Joint Operation Body/JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, United States of America Department of Justice, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Genting Plantation Berhad Group, Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority (BIFZA), Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk,  PT Medco E&P Indonesia, PT BASF Indonesia, PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk, Soho Global Health Group, PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, Tbk, Indonesian Senior Musician Iwan Fals and its production house/management.

Mr. Kurniagung is a licensed of Capital Market Legal Consultant. He is also a member of the Indonesia Advocates Association (PERADI) and a licensed Indonesian advocate. in 2018, Mr. Kurniagung was chosen to represent Indonesia in participating a prestigious training, namely the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) which was held by the United States (U.S.) Government on Developing the Capital Markets, in New York, San Fransisco, Washington D.C., Charlotte and Chicago to identify the U.S. Government best practice in capital markets regulatory and project preparation.

Apart from his professional life, Mr. Kurniagung also actively involved in AAI (Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia / Indonesia Advocate Association) as Head of Institutional Partnership in the South Jakarta Branch Office, and IKA-PL (Pangudi Luhur Alumni Association) as Head of Alma Mater Cooperation and Development.
