Wall Street firm is now seeking a mid to snr level associate with strong HK IPO experience to join its well-established and highly regarded corporate practice team in Hong Kong.  There will be opportunities to work on M&A, DCM deals, but the client is mainly interested in mid to senior candidate’s experience and interest in HK IPO transactions.

Candidate requirements 

• You will need to have solid experience working on Hong Kong IPO transactions with a top tier firm. 
• International candidates are welcome to apply.
• Written and spoken fluency in Mandarin is essential.
• COLA & top US rated package on comp and salary
