The Role

Our client is a leading international firm with a solid practice history in Singapore. The firm requires a partner to join this well-established corporate practice. 

The successful candidate will be common law qualified from a leading local or international firm with regional experience.  

The firm will have referral work but this opportunity will require the partner to have a portable book and be open to working on business development opportunities with fellow partners.

 Key requirements

• Singapore law qualified with England & Wales qualification preferred
• Solid transactional experience in areas such as cross border M&A, corporate commercial, fin tech, funds etc.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with appetite to be actively involved in business development for the practice
• International in outlook together with confidence in building out a practice over time
• Well-connected practitioner that has worked extensively in the region with a solid track record and book of business
• Could currently be based in Singapore or around region (HK, PRC etc.)
• Interested in working in a collegiate and highly successful partnership with real expansion plans
