This is a new opportunity for a talented lawyer to join a white shoe firm in HK working on market leading PE, MA and VC deals with a young partnership in a dynamic and international team.
Our client is one of the leading firms globally for private equity and corporate transactions. The Private Equity practice is a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary group of lawyers woring with mainly PE sponsors.
Qualifications
- PQE 4+ years experience with a leading big law private equity practice
- Bilingual and able to conduct business in English and Mandarin (mandatory)
- Open to overseas candidates and firm will relocate from the US or Europe
- UK, US, ANZ or equivalent common law bar qualification
