Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has advised Carraro India and its Italian parent Carraro International on its initial public offering worth $146 million. 

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and White & Case advised the bookrunning lead managers Axis Capital, BNP Paribas, and Nuvama Wealth Management. 

Carraro India is a technology-driven integrated supplier developing complex engineering products and solutions for OEM customers. It is a part of the Carraro Group, which has a strong global presence in agricultural machinery and transmission systems. 

"This IPO, which was subscribed 1.12 times upon closing, showcases Carraro India's manufacturing excellence and significant position not only within the Carraro Group, but also in the Indian market," said White & Case partner Rahul Guptan, who co-led the firm's deal team. 

The IPO, which consists purely of an offer for sale of 17.7 million equity shares by Carraro International, was listed on Dec. 30. 

The SAM capital markets team was led by partner Nikhil Naredi and included partner Rohit Tiwari, senior associates Tarun Srikanth and Ankur Verma, and associates Shruthi Hariharan, Anoushka PV, and Niharika Payannavar.

The CAM team included partners Vishal Yaduvanshi and Abhiroop Lahiri, senior associate Mihir Mathur, and associates Ayushi Tiwari, Bhaskar Kumar, Aniruddh Saraswat, Arnab Roy, Jayadeep Manchikalapudi, and Divyanshu Singh.

The White & Case team was led by partners Guptan and Kaya Proudian, and included partner Steven Gee and associates Rachna Talati, Ece Kuregibuyuk, Hilda Leung, Paul Qu, Royston Tan, and Nir Fishbien.
