Merchant has more than 27 years of experience handling dispute resolution and arbitration matters, internal investigations and anti-corruption matters, government affairs, IT/outsourcing and licensing, and property matters.

His sectoral expertise spans healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and industrials, automobile, oil and gas, telecom, insurance, banking, FMCG, information technology, and real estate. 

With Merchant’s addition, the firm lists nine partners, one executive director, and three associate partners on its website.
