Sarthak Advocates & Solicitors has bolstered its transactional offering with the addition of partner Payal Dayal and her team of three associates from AKS Partners in New Delhi. 

Dayal, who joined AKS as its corporate practice head from Khaitan & Khaitan in May last year, brings close to 18 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital and has advised clients across sectors including pharmaceuticals, logistics, and technology.

Prior to her stint at Khaitan & Khaitan, Dayal has experience as an independent practitioner and as a senior associate at Alaya Legal. 

She is joined in the move to Sarthak by senior associate Shivani Wadhwa, and associates Ritika Gupta and Muskaan Chugh.
