Mr. Xu Bangwei is a senior partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, with over 22 years of experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution. Dong Chungang, Partner, Jingtian & Gongcheng

董纯钢，合伙人，竞天公诚律师事务所

Mr. Chungang Dong is qualified to practice in China and the United States of America (New York). He serves as a Council Member and Appointment Committee Member of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He has represented clients in a large number of international and domestic litigation and arbitration high profile cases, including the first QFII case in China, the first third-party funding arbitration case in China and the first enforcement proceeding of foreign arbitral award in Beijing where cross-border transfer of execution funds were achieved. Fang Chunhui, Partner, Jingtian & Gongcheng

方春晖，合伙人，竞天公诚律师事务所

Chunhui Fang worked for more than 10 years as an engineer and a project manager（PMP Certified）overseeing international construction projects. He is familiar with industrial technologies and practices of international projects. He represented Chinese EPC companies before tribunals of SIAC and ICC. He also offers services in contract negotiation as well as consultancy on delay, quality and payment related negotiations and claims. Mr. Fang holds a BS degree from Wuhan University, a Juris Master degree from UIBE, and an LL.M. degree from Berkeley Law School.

Zhao Ye, Partner, Jingtian & Gongcheng

Mr. Zhao Ye holds a Master of Laws degree from Peking University. He is a leading attorney in IP litigation and IP-related antitrust litigation. CAO Haiyang is currently in charge of legal affairs, compliance management, corporate governance and intellectual property management of Syngenta Group China. CAO Haiyang has previously held leadership positions in the international business divisions and overseas investment companies of China National Nuclear Corporation, State Power Investment Corporation, and China Energy Engineering Group. Zhu Yan, Legal Director, IMEIK Technology Development Co., Ltd.

朱岩，法务总监，爱美客技术发展股份有限公司

Zhu Yan is currently the legal director of IMEIK Technology Development Co., Ltd. being responsible for relevant tasks such as the company's risk control, compliance and litigation management, and government affairs.
