New Delhi-headquartered Maheshwari & Co has announced an expansion of its dispute resolution practice through the integration of Lexway Chambers. This strategic move includes the addition of Tarun Biswas as a partner.

Biswas, who will head the dispute and litigation practice at Maheshwari & Co, brings over a decade of litigation experience to the firm. His expertise spans commercial litigation, intellectual property rights, arbitration, real estate regulation, and insolvency matters.

The move is expected to strengthen the firm's capabilities in handling high-stakes arbitration cases and representing clients in investigations by agencies such as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Directorate of Enforcement (ED).

"Knowing Tarun for years, we are confident that his ability to handle complex legal matters with precision and strategic insight will cater to resolving our clients' dispute issues," said Vipul Maheshwari, managing partner of Maheshwari & Co, in a statement.

Apart from its presence in Delhi, the full-service Maheshwari & Co also has an office in Mumbai.
