Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan has hired M&A expert Jivesh Chandrayan and tax specialist Sudin Sabnis as partners in New Delhi and Pune, respectively. Chandrayan joins from HSA Advocates, while Sabnis was in an in-house role in the Munich office of German giant Siemens.
