Dandan (Diane) FAN is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and an Attorney-at-Law in New York (USA).  She has been practising law for 14 years.  Her practice focuses on U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. 

Diane advises clients on venture capital / private equity financing, initial public offerings, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation relevant matters.  In addition, Diane advises Mainland Chinese clients on making outbound investments as well as foreign clients in investing in Mainland China.
