New Delhi-headquartered law firm King Stubb and Kasiva (KSK) has strengthened its dispute resolution offering by merging with Bengaluru-based disputes boutique Common Law Chambers.

Founded in 2012 by Sunayana Basu Mallik, Common Law Chambers advised on commercial, consumer and family law-related litigations and arbitrations.

This union “extends an all-India reach to Sunayana's valued clients. Sunayana's addition is viewed as a significant boon, enhancing the firm's world-class dispute resolution capabilities in India,” said Jidesh Kumar, managing partner of KSK, in a statement.

Apart from New Delhi, KSK has offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune and Mangalore with a team of over 200 lawyers.
