Our client, a global hybrid fund, is seeking a general counsel to join to lead and manage an efficient legal department, this role will be primarily responsible for fund governance, operation, global transactions, funds formation and regulatory compliance matters, etc. The ideal candidate is someone with over 15 years working experience. A proven successful track record working as a Head of Legal in a reputable PE fund would be preferred, and leadership skills are a good to have but not a must. They must have excellent English and good Mandarin, being able to work with native English speakers as core stakeholders, as well as business maturity and a down to earth attitude.
