Marco is the Lead Partner of the London office, has advised on numerous strategic M&A transactions. 

Marco advises on all types of corporate transactions, on a global basis. He is well-known for his ability to structure and negotiate complex deals in a practical and business-oriented manner, and lead them to successful conclusions. Marco regularly advises multinational corporations and private equity funds with respect to their investments in wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, mining/metals, infrastructure project fashion and luxury goods and automotive sectors. 

In the last 30 years, Marco has also assisted clients on high-stakes international commercial arbitration as well as investment treaty arbitration matters.

Marco is a dual UK and Italian qualified lawyer, and also registered foreign lawyer (England & Wales and Italy) in Hong Kong.
