Our client, a pre-IPO consumer goods company, is seeking a Head of Legal position in Guangzhou to manage their group legal function, this role requires candidate to have strong set up experiences and be responsible for providing efficient legal support to supply chain, manufacturing, channel management, online and offline sales & marketing, R&D, and new product development. They will be actively involved in capital markets projects and work closely with CFO and CEO to make judgement call in relation to team hiring and development. They will also be managing outside counsels in a global market, including Asia, Europe, US, Middle East, etc. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years work experience, including solid legal experience from relevant industries, a sharp business sense and excellent communication.
