Mr. Chaichana Mitrpant
Deputy Executive Director, Electronic Transactions Development Agency (Public Organisation), Ministry of Information and Communication

Mr. Chaichana Mitrpant currently is the Deputy Executive Director of Electronic Transactions Development Agency (Public Organisation) or ETDA.  He heads the ThaiCERT and digital forensics operations and supervises a policy research and development team responsible for promoting electronic transactions in Thailand.

As a member of several sub-committees of Thailand's Electronic Transactions Commissions, he contributes to making laws and regulations fostering the secure environment for electronic transactions.  He has over 15 years of experience in digital communications and information security.  He received B.S., M.S. and Dr.Ing. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, the University of Michigan and Universitaet Duisburg-Essen, respectively.

Mr. Suthirugs Berry
Director, Legal Counsel, Thoresen
Thai Agency PLC.

Mr. Suthirugs Berry is currently the Legal Director at Thoresen Thai Agency PLC. It is a Holding Company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

After graduating from Ramkhamhaeng Univesity Law School, he joined Baker and Mckenzie (Thailand) as a Litigation Lawyer. Thereafter in 1991, he started-off his in-house legal career with Shell Thailand. Prior joining Shell, he has worked with Nestle, Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever Asia Pte., and CEMAX Cement.

Mr. Tom Leenders
Managing Director, TMF Group 

Mr. Tom Leenders is the Managing Director of TMF Group in Thailand since May 2014. For more than 25 years and throughout his professional experience, Tom has been involved in the financial services industry with ABN Amro Bank, MeesPierson, ING Bank, Credit Suisse and joining TMF in January of 2010. His career started in the Netherlands and has taken him to Curacao (twice), Switzerland and 6 years in Singapore before moving to Bangkok.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

Mr. Paul Westover
Partner, Stephenson Harwood

Mr. Paul Westover has extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals across the Asia region and his broad expertise and sensible approach is appreciated by lients, particularly in structuring transactions and on matters of corporate policy. 

Paul also specialises in advising on complex commercial agreements in a range of industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, technology, sports and entertainment. Other areas where Paul has solid experience is in fund formation, principally advising managers or general partners and in joint ventures, restructuring and general insolvency advice to corporates and directors. 

As part of Paul's corporate practice, he is frequently called upon to advise on related employment matters, including preparing employment agreements, advising on share options and other employee incentive schemes.

Mr. Stephen Chojnacki
Chief Commerical Officer & General Counsel, Minor International Public Company Limited

Mr. Stephen Chojnacki is the Chief Commercial Officer and General Counsel of Minor International PCL. Prior to joining Minor International, he worked for the London-based law firm Linklaters in New York, Hong Kong and Bangkok for 9 years.

He holds a Juries Doctor degree from University of Virginia and also Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs, Economies and Law from University of Virginia.

 

Ms. Wiyada Srinaganand
General Counsel, 3M

Ms Wiyada Srinaganand is the General Counsel with over 18 years' of experience in legal and compliance. Prior to joining 3M, she was the General Counsel with T.C. Pharmaceutical Industries Co., Ltd. and Michelin Siam Co., Ltd. She is also currently a member of Country Management Operating Committee & Chairwoman of Women Leadership Forum.

 

Mr. Allan Matute
Vice President - General Counsel, General Motors (Thailand) Limited 

Mr. Allan Matute practiced law for 6 years in Manila with ACCRA Law, the largest Philippine law firm, and joined General Motors in 2002 in Singapore. He relocated to Thailand 13 years ago, and is currently the General Counsel for Southeast Asia and Japan of General Motors. 

He finished Law at the University of the Philippines in 1994 and his Master of Law and Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in 2002.

Mr. Thitiwat Wisarath
Head of Legal, Citibank, N.A.

Mr. Thitiwat Wisarath is currently the Head of Legal for Citibank, N.A. Bangkok Branch. He jooined Citi since September 2009 and have various ecperience in both wholesale banking and consumer banking business. Prior to Citi, he was a Senior Legal Counsel at SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd., one of the affiliates of Siam Cement Group conducting petrochemical buisness.

He holds Bachelor and Master Degree of laws from Thammasat University. He is a Thai license attorney and he is also a member of the Thai Bar Association.

Ms. Flora W. Feng
Senior Director and Legal Counsel, PepsiCo

Ms. Flora Feng is Senior Director and Legal Counsel for PepsiCo, Asia Pacific Region.  Prior to moving to Asia, she was Global IP Counsel for Global Beverages at PepsiCo’s headquarters in Purchase, NY. Before joining PepsiCo, she was Senior IP Counsel at Kraft Foods, and at Praxair, the global industrial gas company, and was in private practice for over 10 years in New York City.

She holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.

Mr. Sahachai Wibuloutai

Legal Counsel, Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd.

Mr. Sahachai Wibuloutai has extensive corporate legal practice experience with major international law firms and maintains both cross-border and domestic law practice, focusing on energy projects, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Chevron, he served as Legal Director at a global professional service firm and as Legal Director at a SET-listed regional airline.

He graduated from Thammasat University in Bangkok and Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC. While in the United States, he was a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Mr. Jackson Pek

Vice President and General Counsel, Asia Pacific, Amadeus IT Group, S.A.

Managing Director, Bangkok Regional Office, Amadeus IT Group, S.A.

 

Mr. Jackson Pek supervises the legal and corporate affairs team and serves as the Managing Director at the Asia Pacific regional office of Amadeus, the world's leading transaction processor for the global travel and tourism industry. Amadeus is a public company founded by Air France, Iberia and Lufthansa. Amadeus is a component of the IBEX 35, Spain's benchmark stock market index. 


Prior to joining Amadeus, he was an Attorney at the law firms Skadden Arps and White & Case in the U.S. and Asia, and most recently a Senior Attorney at IBM handling legal matters for the ASEAN countries and South Asia.

In addition to his work with Amadeus, he has lectured at various universities in Asia, most notably the National University of Singapore Law School, where he served on the faculty for two years.

He holds a Business and Law degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from New York University School of Law.
