Lee Jwee Nguan - Legal Enforcement Division Director, Competition Commission of Singapore (“CCS”) Mr Lee Jwee Nguan, as the Director of the Legal and Enforcement Division at the Competition Commission of Singapore (“CCS”), supervises the legal officers and the enforcement officers at CCS. He provides advice on legal, enforcement and policy matters to the Commission, and oversees the investigation of cases as well as the conduct of raid and intelligence operations. Jwee Nguan joined the Singapore Legal Service after graduating from the National University of Singapore in 2001. In 2008, under a post-graduate Legal Service Commission Scholarship, he obtained Master of Law degrees from the National University of Singapore as well as the New York University. Nguyen Ha Quyen Hoang - Managing Partner - LNT & Partners Ms. Nguyen Ha Quyen Hoang heads the firm’s Corporate Practice group. Oliver Massman – Partner - Duane Morris Vietnam LLC Oliver Massmann has more than 15 years experience working as commercial lawyer in Vietnam. He practices in the area of corporate international taxation and on power/water projects, matters related to oil and gas companies and telecoms, privatization and equitization, mergers & acquisitions, and general commercial matters for multinational clients in relation to investment and doing business in Vietnam. Judy Chang - Head, Global Business Ethics & Compliance - Ebay Inc Ms. Judy Chang is a lawyer by training with a degree from the National University of Singapore. She also has a Masters in Art Administration from the University of New South Wales. After an initial few years in law, Judy began her compliance career in 1997 when compliance was not a common term nor was Compliance Officer a recognized occupation. Mr. Jonathan A. C. Wise- Managing Director and Head of Legal, Singapore and SE Asia - Nomura Jonathan Wise is a Managing Director and Head of Legal for Singapore and Southeast Asia at Nomura.
