Gina Golda Pangaila, SH., LL.M; Senior Vice President of Legal, Anti-Piracy, and Government Relation, PT Vidio Dot Com. 

Gina started her career in 2009 and was in private practice for 10 years across Asia before decided to joining in-house in 2019 with Lazada. She’s currently heading Vidio’s legal, anti-piracy, and government relations team. Currently she also serves as Vice Secretary General of AVISI (Indonesian Video Streaming Association). Gina holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Parahyangan and a Master of Laws degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Gina’s most recent achievement is the recognition as the Top In-house IP Lawyer by The IPR Gorilla in 2022.

Nanda is a lawyer with a career spanning over 10 years focusing in M&A, technology and digital platform. She started career at Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung and has also played a key role in building the legal team at Halodoc and Tentang Anak. Currently, Nanda is working as the country counsel of Indonesia at HP.

Randi Ikhlas Sardoni, SVP - Group General Counsel, Hijra 

Randi graduated from the University of Indonesia and holds an executive leadership management program certification from Singapore Management University. Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in Sharia finance, enriching his expertise in the field. As the Group General Counsel for Hijra, a multi-entity group focusing on sharia-driven financial technology, Randi oversees Legal, Compliance, AML-CFT, and Sharia Compliance. His team consists of dozens of lawyers and compliance professionals, ensuring the organization operates with the utmost legal and sharia ethical standards. Prior to his current role, he held the position of General Counsel at multinational companies, Panin Dai-ichi Life, and Great Eastern Life. Ridha is graduated from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia back in 2006, with over 15 years of experience in Indonesia’s fast-paced legal industry, Ridha has broad experience in various areas, particularly banking, finance, and TMT. Prior to joining XL Axiata in 2020, Ridha has been working in notable law firms in Jakarta. Currently Ridha holds position as Senior Lawyer (Deputy Group Head) Legal-Contract Management where she is responsible for managing end-to-end contract process in technology procurement area.

 

Wahyu Setiawan, Legal Director, RedDoorz

Wahyu marks his professional career both as in-house and external counsel in energy and technology industries, and currently serves as Legal Director for RedDoorz. He previously worked as Legal Counsel for Grab Indonesia where he represented the company in a landmark case and contributed to a successful SPAC transaction. He also sits as the Board of Supervisors of Vaksinasi Merdeka Foundation which helps to expedite Covid-19 vaccination program in Indonesia. He obtained his Master's Degree from University of Southern California, and is a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
