Devonna Ng, Founding Member, Compliance Association & Network of Singapore, Head of Compliance, Shinhan Bank (Singapore)
As the head of compliance, Devonna is responsible for all AML and compliance aspects of the branch. This includes but not limited to updating of policies and procedures, advisory, staff trainings, transactions monitoring and STR filings. Prior to this, she was with DBS and OCBC Singapore, specializing in KYC CDD. Devonna is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS), certified financial crime specialist (CFCS) and also certified global sanctions specialist (CGSS). She also contributes to the banking ecosystem by leading and advising her juniors on their future career paths in her alma mater via their industry network programme. Devonna is also one of the founders of Singapore Compliance Association and Network and recently awarded Certificate of Honour by Shinhan Bank.

Dusk heads the enterprise business for Diligent in Asia and he aims to bring the best ESG and GRC solutions to enterprises in Asia to help them manage their risks better. He has been in the GRC domain for close to 10 years and has worked with clients across Asia.

Dennis Tan is the General Counsel and Head of Data & Corporate Governance at Singapore Trade Data Exchange Services. With extensive experience in government, regulatory, and private sectors, he has worked on legal matters globally. As a former Deputy Public Prosecutor and in-house counsel, Dennis brings a comprehensive perspective on anti-corruption in Asia.
Hannah Puganenthran, Head of Compliance (APAC), Wirex
Hannah currently manages the Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime function for the APAC region at Wirex. With over years of experience in the payments legal and compliance space, she has been instrumental in setting up the legal/compliance functions across Southeast Asia for companies like Alipay, the Grab Financial Group and Foodpanda.

Jasmine is the APAC General Counsel for FMC Corporation (an NYSE listed agricultural sciences company). She brings multi-industry and cross-cultural perspective to strategy, problem solving and risk management, having led Legal & Compliance teams across diverse sectors (Media, Manufacturing, Luxury Retail, Healthcare) and countries. A passionate advocate for DEI, Jasmine champions initiatives to foster a truly inclusive workplace, and serves as mentor and advisor in various platforms. A frequently invited speaker at industry and professional forums globally, Jasmine is a licensed attorney in England & Wales, Singapore, Canada, and Hong Kong, and serves on the Board of ACC Singapore, as Governor at the American Chamber of Commerce, Singapore, and was previously the President of ACC Hong Kong. Julia Chin, Head of Compliance, Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd (Hugosave)
Julia has considerable experience in implementation and design standards of control frameworks in Asia and Middle East. She is a subject matter expert on Correspondent Banking, Securities Services, and Fintech – in the areas of Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance. Since joining Hugosave in 2021, Julia oversees the organisation’s legal and ethical integrity by ensuring compliance with the regulations of the industry and internal policies through enhancing governance processes and building a compliance culture.
Prem Kumar, Head of Ethics & Compliance - India, South East Asia (i-SEA), Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Prem is an accomplished ethics and compliance leader having extensive experience (> 15 years) in developing and implementing Ethics and Compliance programme, Anti – Bribery Anti-Corruption programme, and corporate governance strategy for leading corporates and Government institutions around the world. He has deeper understanding of various regulations and consequence of noncompliance, with proven track record of establishing and managing effective governance framework to identify, evaluate and mitigate compliance risk and embedding the continuous improvement element in a structured manner. Tania Pavaskar, Senior Corporate Counsel, Compliance APJ, Autodesk
Tania Pavaskar is a NZ qualified attorney. Since moving to Singapore in 2012 she has worked with diverse MNC’s such as Rio Tinto, Standard Chartered, Marriott International and now Autodesk. She is an expert on building compliance programs across industries. Her current role is APAC focused.
