Luthra and Luthra has continued its strong rebuild in September, following a cluster of exits from the firm, with the addition of a five-member disputes team in Hyderabad from Kings Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) led by partner Rajeev Rambhatla, and healthcare-focused corporate partner Pradnesh Warke from Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai.
The firm added corporate partner Arindam Basu in Bengaluru last week.

Rambhatla, who was KSK’s Hyderabad office head, focuses on commercial litigation, consumer litigation, arbitration, company law and regulatory issues. His clients have included Abbott, Tyco, Siemens, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Syndicate Bank, IDBI, HPCL, Ashok Leyland, AdityaBirla Group, Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry, ICICI, Tata Motors, Reliance Group and Lenovo.
His KSK team moving to Luthra includes managing associate Pooja Sirnapelly, senior associate Tameem Moeez, and associates Ajay Singh, Jayaram Garapati, and Aditi Karra.
Warke is a corporate attorney who specialises in healthcare, life sciences, and agriculture sectors. His expertise spans corporate advisory, strategic transactions, compliance advisory, and other related legal activities.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, he has been had in-house roles at Medtronic and Wind World India. He was also an associate at AZB & Partners.
Luthra has been aggressively targeting a Hyderabad expansion this year, adding corporate pro Suprio Dasgupta and getting a new and larger office space in the city, signifying further expansion plans.
The firm has also been aggressively expanding its presence in other South Indian cities, opening a new Chennai office and absorbing a disputes boutique Aishwarya AnanthKumar and Partners in Bengaluru.
