Indian law firm Fox Mandal & Associates has hired transaction lawyer Vivek Jha as a partner in its Delhi office, strengthening its corporate practice in the capital.

Jha joined Fox Mandal from boutique firm Verist Law, where he was a partner. He has over 17 years of experience advising corporations, sovereign wealth funds, investors, start-ups, and government institutions on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity deals.

Prior to Verist, Jha worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. as a principal associate from 2021 to 2023. He previously had stints at Desai and Diwanji, Khaitan & Co, and Vaish Associates.

Jha is the fifth partner at Fox Mandal's Delhi office, which it launched last year as the firm looks to expand its footprint in the national capital region.
