Indian law firm ANM Global has hired dispute resolution expert Nittin Bhatia as a partner in its Delhi office. He joins from his own practice at NPV Legal.

With over 18 years of experience, Bhatia has represented broadcasters, fintech and e-commerce businesses, and nationalized banks before various courts, including the Supreme Court of India and specialized tribunals.

His expertise spans dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate laws, with additional experience in intellectual property rights, restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency.

“Nittin's experience in complex civil and criminal litigations across various judicial forums makes him a remarkable addition to our team,” said Nidhish Mehrotra, managing partner at ANM Global, in a statement.

Established in 2009, ANM Global has offices in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Mumbai.

Earlier this year, the firm hired insolvency and bankruptcy expert Shikha Goenka Ginodia as a partner in Mumbai from Dua Associates, and acquired intellectual property boutique Gautam & Co, led by IP expert Gautam Panchal.
