Boutique Indian law firm Aarna Law has bolstered its disputes capabilities with the addition of Srihari Saranathan (L) and Meghna Talwar as partners in its Mumbai office.

Saranathan joins from Primacy Legal, where he was a partner for a year. He previously worked at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan and Khaitan & Co. Saranathan focuses on litigation and insolvency matters and also has experience in commercial litigation, banking, intellectual property, corporate law, and indirect taxation.

His clientele ranges from banks and corporate houses to SMEs and private individuals.

Talwar joins from Agrud Partners, where she was a partner. She brings a decade of experience in civil and corporate litigation, arbitration, and mediation, focusing on areas such as securities, real estate, consumer law, and testamentary disputes.

At Aarna, Talwar will focus on litigation and securities law matters.
