OVERVIEW

Effective drafting skills are a necessity for lawyers in all jurisdictions. This virtual masterclass will cover practical drafting techniques, legal principles, language and negotiating points to keep in mind when drafting and agreeing on a contract.

A tightly drafted contract will also deliver value by negotiating key provisions that allow efficient management throughout the contract lifecycle, ascertaining that significant risks and jurisdictional differences in approach to key remedies are not overlooked. In this virtual masterclass, we also explore the ways in which technologies developed for discovery and document analysis can transform the process of contract drafting, ensuring that your contracts deliver full value.

Designed for lawyers, in-house counsels and contract managers, this masterclass is also of significant value to anyone who drafts, negotiates, reviews or manages contracts (whether or not legally-qualified) and for anyone managing a team concerned with contractual risk management and commercial delivery.
