The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the regions with the highest degree of openness and the strongest economic vitality in China. Eric is qualified to practice law in both Hong Kong and England and Wales. He has participated in numerous joint venture and acquisition projects involving both China and Hong Kong, including the restructuring and acquisition of listed companies.
Eric is familiar with China business and is a China Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. He is also part of the first batch of Hong Kong lawyers who set up a joint venture law firm in the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone.
